Compact Laminate is constructed with layers of Kraft paper, dipped in resin and dried. These layers are then sandwiched between laminated top and bottom sheets, compressed and baked. A process called polymerisation melds them all together creating a solid- core panel that is an extra tough durable laminate

The surface of the compact laminate board is a layer of decorated paper, which can be printed or engraved to special pattern as the like of the buyer. 

Before the compact laminate board are launched in the market, it has passed a series of quanlity tests, for example, lab test proves that killing 99% bacterial within 24 hours or prevent the water to  impregnate the inside part of the board. Our product has passed ISO14001:2004 and ISO9001:2008.

Jialifu staff lockers made of compact laminates get various types of lockers for your choice. Choose a suitable lock could prevent the belongings of staff lost. For different kinds of electronic locks, we get different keys for option. We get many types of ventilation for your choice. Here are some samples for you to refer to. 

As for number plates, engraving plates gives a more natural impression and would never fall off, while the plastic plates placed on locks will make the locker looks more clear. 

Color

There is a number of optional color for customers to chose, including solid color and wood grain color. Compact laminate with solid color looks more fashionable, while the wood grain color gives a impression of classic. 

Some of our customers tends to choose light grey and antique white color while standard color means quicker delivery. We have been in charge in a couple of  company office locker refurbishment project and we found that the locker they originally used have the problem of color fading，expansion and hierarchy, which give them a bad using experiences. The locker that JIALIFU provide is made from compact laminate board which is much more durable and impact-resistant than ordinary building material. After we help them with the refurbishment the locker system, they never worried about the same situation and felt greatly satisfaction with the locker system.
