Production Process

Raw Material: We have our own production factory and advanced production equipment so that we could ensure the high-quality raw material for our compact laminate. It is the first and the most important step toward our products.

Board Cutting: All the compact laminate are cut accurately according to the drawing, we won't tolerance error within 0.03mm of every compact laminate board. We are able to ensure to our customers of flat surface mounting, smooth edge treatment and orderly-arranged metal accessories.

Edge Treatment: Different from other general compact laminate, all the compact laminates come from Jialifu must be conducted the edge treatment in order to get rid of the sharp margin that makes the edge of compact laminate of tables or wall cladding feeling slick and safer.

CNC Operation: We own 3 CNC machines which allow us to cut the compact laminate into some irregular shape such as different language and special patterns. What's more, we keep 2 sliding panel saws making sure that compact laminate could be precisely cut to the required length and width.

Edge Banding Machine: It is mainly used to cover the exposed sides of compact laminate. The multi-axis drilling machine works on all kinds of panels. Patterns can be engraved on the surface of the panel.

QC: After all the steps above, and then they will be inspected and tested by our professionals before leaving the factory. We have testd them for 15 years so that actually we have our own set of quality control.

Dust Removal: All the products will be carefully checked again to make sure each part is basically dust-free before packing so that the customer can save quite a lot of time to do some cleaning after installation.

Finished Product: All finished products will be packed by plastic foam bag tightly first so that customers can pick up the products of each bathroom easily. And then the leatheroid will be covered on the plastic foam before wood pallet to ensure the products can be protected during long transport.
