* What is your usual packing for the panels?

Our standard panel packing is foam plastic inner, wrapped with cardboard and finally with wooden pallets.

* Will compact laminates be affected under cold weather?

No, compact laminates can be used in cold climates , where people can live, in the region, such as Canada.

* What is your MOQ?

It is 30 PCS at less. If less than 30 PCS, please contact with the salesmen.

* Can you send small samples for free?

Yes, a small sample board, catalogue and color chart are available,but the freight should be shipped prepaid. Copy of identity card is needed for recipient in Middle East Dedicated.

* How many production lines are there in your workshop? How many machines?

6 lines and 10 machines.

* How do you deal with the scrap of compact laminates?

As compact laminates has the performance of fireproof, high temperature resistance , and generally difficult to be destroyed, so we often send the waste to smelting plants high-temperature, only the high temperature in the factory can dispose of the waste board, which will not only save the energy, but also strengthen the environment.

* Can your compact laminates be used in shower cubicle?

No problem, many people now use it to make shower cubicle because of its good waterproof performance.

* How many kinds of panel do you have?

We have compact laminates, honeycomb panel, MDF, plywood and CDF boards.

* How many days can you finished our order once we transfer our payment?

Standard will be finished within 2 days, others will be finished within 15 working days,if you need urgently,please contact with the salesmen .

* What is your month output?

It is about 90000 square meter each month.

* Do you pass ISO9001:2008 international quality management system?

Yes, we have passed ISO9001:2008 international quality management system,also passed ISO14001:2004 international environment management system.

* How many pieces can you put in one 20’ container?

It can be put about 640 pieces which size is as below,Width 1220mm x Lenth 1830mm x Height 12mm.

* You have the right to export by yourself or pay for that?

Yes, we now pay for export declaration.
